B&N CADD Designer Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers to support the development and execution of transportation drafting and design projects.
• Utilize your expertise in CAD software to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings.
• Ensure that all documentation meets client standards, project specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Designers shall possess an understanding and familiarity with the sequence, development, and content of all project stage submittals.
• Extend your skills beyond Arizona by providing valuable support in project development across various regions.
• Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks on drawings and materials to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
• Lead design file creation/progression, sheet file creation and progression, and project CAD setup.
• Assist with the 3D modeling of corridors and creation of corridor templates and assemblies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in CAD software.
• Share knowledge, present, teach, and lead the implementation of new tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and productivity in project design and delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Vocational school or associate degree in related program is desirable but not required. Associate\'s degree preferred.
• 2+ years design experience, plus prior CADD experience required
• Software experience using MicroStation / ORD / Connect / ProjectWise / Bluebeam required. ORD corridor modeling is a plus. AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office required
• Candidate should have good communication, strong understanding of plan clarity, attention to detail, and desire to learn
