Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Architect in Tempe, Arizona and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work Youll Do\ Manage advisory and implementation services of large-scale data ecosystems for information systems projects , including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments. Manage the full data delivery lifecycle for implementations for information systems projects, including defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Ensure that the design is transformed into code components as per design patterns and architectural principles by performing code reviews and unit test walkthroughs. Manage the information systems projects, including implementation of data enrichment, lookup, filtering and data cleansing routines and solutions to improve data quality of the ingested data. Perform performance tuning of the components to meet the performance requirements. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities for information systems projects; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.\ \ 15% Travel required nationally.\ Telecommuting permitted.\ Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements\ Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:\ \ Utilizing Apache Hadoop, Apache Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS), Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Data Quality, Informatica Master Data Management (MDM), and Oracle Database to generate insights leveraging on-premise, web, and cloud-based platforms;\ Performing data management, including master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality, and data modeling utilizing Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Data Quality, Informatica MDM, Oracle PL,SQL, Python, Apache Hadoop, Hive, and Apache HBase;\ Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools, including Oracle SQL, Oracle PL,SQL, Python, Tableau, QlikView, IBM Cognos Business Intelligence (BI), Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), and Axiom Reporting and Analytics to produce analysis and algorithms;\ Formulating and creating functional and non-functional specification documentation for product development and roadmaps, business process reengineering, business modeling, analytical and business rules definition, data architecture, and user interface and experience utilizing Oracle Financial Services Data Foundation (OFSDF), Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), and Axiom Reporting and Analytics;\ Improving data discovery, sourcing, modeling and analytics by defining process mapping, decision mapping and data governance to support the creation of data flows and models with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud Data Quality, Informatica MDM, T bleau, IBM Cognos BI, and OFSAA;\ Participating in complex engagements with relevant data management consulting in master data, metadata, data architecture, data conversion, data governance, and data quality in Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud Data Quality, Informatica MDM, Oracle SQL, and OFSAA; and\ Developing master data architecture to support master data management, quality, and governance capabilities using Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud Data Quality, Informatica MDM, Apache Hadoop, HDFS, and Apache Hive.
