The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Job Summary:

Position requires advanced administration and personal computer skills with proficiency in word, spread sheeting, presentation building and Power BI. Requires ability to direct and/or handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent relationship management, problem solving, organization, strong communication and writing skills required. Development opportunities are available to support progression.

Adaptability of this team is key, as team members must not only understand our business partners' strategies, processes, policies and operations, but also proactively engage and respond to environmental shifts. A strong development and quick learning curve on POA processes is a must.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Support Approach of ‘3’ in a Box, Processes of TPRM Intake, Contracting, Sourcing and general Accounts Payable.

  • Review, Update and Ensure Policy standards are met by both Procurement and non-Procurement personnel.

  • Produce and maintain operational reports and presentations necessary to drive status and efficiency.

  • Provide management status reports.

  • Operation as a contributing team player across program, process and support project leads on various tasks.

  • Data familiarity with multiple financial applications; thorough understanding of the attributes, interactions, and differences between each data source:

  • Dimensional structure

  • Data and cube characteristics

  • Data flow through the data source (Processing input and output)

  • Establish and maintain proper documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a 2- or 4-year degree; or 1 or more years of previous work experience/exposure that includes corporate environment experience with Procurement Operations, Sourcing, Contract Administration, and/or Procure to Pay.

  • Experience in developing and implementing systems requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Able to understand, analyze and collaboratively solve business problems.

  • Specialized knowledge and experience advising on reengineering procure to pay processes to optimize cost and mitigate risk with overall continuous improvement.

  • Solid understanding of the value drivers related to sourcing, buying, accounts payable, and P2P systems.

  • Experience in leading or supporting cross-functional teams in the end-to-end execution of Project Improvement Initiatives

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Experience influencing others to embrace best practices.

  • Strong analytical and financial skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Microsoft Project, Power BI and Excel

  • Independent, Self-Starter

  • Business/Financial Acumen

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

  • Skilled in change adoption and change management.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $92K - $117K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
