JPMorgan Chase Home Lending Operations Sr Specialist III in Tempe, Arizona

Production Operations supports Mortgage Banking Originations by facilitating the transition of a loan to closure. Production Operations support positions manage a variety of job roles that are focused on working with outside vendors to obtain documentation and/or information to complete the credit file. In addition to backing up all Support roles as needed, the Support

  • Orders or requests mortgage documentation

  • Complete "one-off" scenarios as required by underwriting, communications or sales

  • Accesses credit bureau websites, order and/or updates trade lines, monitors for email updates from the credit bureaus and reviews completed trade line orders.

  • Orders flood certificates and sends supporting documentation to Core Logic for flood disputes

  • Updates the system of record and works daily priorities

  • Communication with external agents and internal colleagues to resolve issues and discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Prior customer service experience preferred

  • Possess strong attention to detail and strong problem solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Basic office skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Able to build relationships quickly
