DoorDash Manager, Fraud Operations in Tempe, Arizona

About the Team

DoorDash's Fraud Operations team is looking for an Operations Manager to lead a group of Fraud Specialists, Team Leads, and Supervisors. This team drives down the cost of fraud and provides insights to protect our platform from would-be fraudsters. You will lead a team to investigate cases of fraud, protect our good users, and brainstorm solutions to reduce fraud in the long-term.

This Fraud Operations Manager will be data-driven, strategic, a truth-seeker, and an operator willing to work at the lowest level of detail. You will report to the Senior Manager, Fraud Strategy & Operations on the Fraud S&O team..

  • Lead a team of Fraud Specialists, Team Leads, and Supervisors

  • Create the vision and define OKRs for the team, while prioritizing company-facing initiatives

  • Influence and engage across the company - partner with the product, engineering, and analytics teams to define and execute on goals

  • Identify opportunities for improving operations efficiency, training content, and tools through experimentation

  • Use data-driven decision-making to improve Fraud S&O metrics, while accelerating growth

    We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Fraud Operations or related area

  • You have 2+ years in a leadership role, at a high-growth or subscription business

  • Your skills include data analysis and proficiency, as well as experience in SQL and Excel / Google Spreadsheets (can perform complex functions)

  • You possess an ability to articulate the "big picture" across internal partnerships and multi-layered teams
