The ideal candidate for this position will have 3-5 years of experience as an inspector, with a solid background in QA/QC work and the ability to accurately interpret and read intermediate drawings. They should be skilled in performing complex measurements using both hand tools and CMM tools, with prior experience on Coordinate Measuring Machines being a plus. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to produce detailed documentation such as inspection reports and NCRs are essential. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing positively to the QA department and the overall quality of work.

Summary:

Leads the semiconductor industry in epitaxial manufacturing specializing in complex metal fabrication of customer-designed products for gold reflectivity. Additionally, is an expert in fabricating these multicomponent assemblies made from a variety of materials including aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, and ceramic.

Key Responsibilities:

· Accurately interpret and read intermediate drawings for inspection

· Perform complex measurements with the use of all hand tools

· Perform general measurements using CMM tools

· Oversee intermediate in-process, visual, receiving, FAIR and final inspection

· Produce detailed documentation (Inspection Reports, NCRs, etc)

· Work with the QA department to ensure that good quality work is always being performed

Essentials Skills:

· Knowledgeable and skilled in QA/QC work

· Knowledge of all Microsoft Office products required

· Prior experience with Keyence XM/CMM is a plus!

· Prior experience working on Coordinate Measuring Machines is a plus!

· Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required

· Leadership: Display initiative to follow up and resolve problems seen in the field and always willing to bring ideas to the table

· Teamwork: Wonderful team player with a great attitude, willing to learn and grow within their role

· Attention to detail: High attention to detail is required to perform accurate measurements

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
