Pay Rates:

• Morning: $19/hr (3:00 AM – 11:30 AM)

• Afternoon: $19.50/hr (11:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

• Evening: $20/hr (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

• Graveyard: $20.50/hr (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform scheduled ‘check-ins’ via video, text, or voice to assist with medication compliance, wellness, and general reminders.

• Monitor health and safety using advanced tech tools, and respond to emergencies calmly and effectively, including dispatching emergency services when necessary.

• Maintain accurate activity logs and support notes.

• Communicate with Clients and their Support Circle, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

• Uphold company policies and ensure a high level of care is always provided.

What You Bring:

• Strong listening and communication skills – you can engage meaningfully and convey information clearly.

• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in web browsers, virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams), and managing multiple applications simultaneously.

• Adaptable, quick to learn, and able to adjust to various client needs and emergency situations.

Shift Availability:

• Morning: 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM

• Afternoon: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Graveyard: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.50 per hour
