Our client, a leader in Aerospace, is seeking a Sr Test Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Test Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various Aerospace engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: DOE - Competitive salary based on experience

What's the Job?

• Interact with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications.

• Identify functional problems and suggest resolutions to enhance product quality.

• Assist in defining internal quality control standards and maintaining reliability programs.

• Analyze test cases and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

• Lead and direct the work of others while performing a variety of tasks with a high degree of creativity and latitude.

What's Needed?

• A bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

• Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the Aerospace engineering field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
