Our client, a leader in Aerospace, is seeking a Sr Test Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Test Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various Aerospace engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: DOE - Competitive salary based on experience
What's the Job?
Interact with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications.
Identify functional problems and suggest resolutions to enhance product quality.
Assist in defining internal quality control standards and maintaining reliability programs.
Analyze test cases and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Lead and direct the work of others while performing a variety of tasks with a high degree of creativity and latitude.
What's Needed?
A bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the Aerospace engineering field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
