Express Employment Professionals is looking for

Residential Maintenance Techniciansin the Temple and Killeen TX area!

Essential Job Duties of the Residential Maintenance Technician:

• Replace screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, blinds, and locks.
• Assist in grounds work, especially picking up trash from the grounds whenever needed
• Refurbish apartments prior to resident occupancy, to include all items on the make ready checklist in satisfactory order
• Inspect all units, buildings, A/C units and common areas, performing repairs and janitorial assistance as needed
• Repair and replace hot water tanks, dishwashers, stoves and refrigerators as needed
• Make-Ready's

Skills and Experience requirements for Residential Maintenance:

• Minimum 1 year previous work experience in apartment maintenance that requires basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC
• Technical certifications in HVAC, Electrical and/or Plumbing preferred but not required
• Own tools required
• Make-Ready Experience

Schedule for the Residential Maintenance:

• Monday through Friday
• Dayshift
