ABOUT THE ROLE
The Advanced Field Service Engineer provides onsite Field Service Support for Honeywell HPS applications and products. The primary responsibilities include performing maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of complex/advanced Honeywell control systems such as EXPERION PKS. As the primary face of Honeywell for the customer, you will be responsible for the daily implementation, administration, and troubleshooting of the Honeywell HPS products installed at the customer location. Building strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives and providing first response technical support are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will work with the Field Services Manager and LSS business functions to identify customer needs and provide solutions based on the HPS suite of products and services, contributing to the growth of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage complex SPOT and Project Scoping & Execution
Plan complex reporting to support incidents and provide proactive maintenance support
Drive asset optimization for customer
Perform DCS maintenance, including troubleshooting hardware and software components, common IO and loop problems, and end devices
Manage TAGS/Points by adding and deleting them as required
Configure, maintain, and resolve Honeywell hardware and software issues, including Experion PKS and other DCS hardware/software such as LCN and TPS
Gain knowledge of the end-to-end product/solution development and delivery/execution of Honeywell products and solutions
Troubleshoot network connections of Ethernet and Coaxial Cabling
Create, configure, modify, and edit HMI Graphics
Act as the focal point for Honeywell with the customer, providing technical solutions
MUST HAVE
Minimum 6 years of experience in troubleshooting/service and migration/integration of DCS
Minimum 2 years of experience with Honeywell Experion PKS Hardware & Software
Must have and maintain at least one L4 CEAT certification and additional L3 certifications (for internal candidates) or able to obtain within 1 year (for external candidates)
HMI experience, including set up and configuration
High school diploma or equivalent
