    Patient Care Technician Details

    Essential Job Duties:

  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of health and safety practices.

  • Communicates with patients in respectful and empathetic manner.

  • Has knowledge of basic bed functions, including exit alarms and room lighting.

  • Expresses a general knowledge of various hospital departments and their functions.

    Qualifications:

  • Previous employment in a health care related setting preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
