• Replace broken fixtures and hardware
• Performpainting and hanging drywall as needed
• Assist with landscape maintenance and intensive cleaning tasks
• Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
• Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies
• Use hand tools or power tools to measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall, and other construction materials.

• Install cabinets, shelves, doors, windows, drywall, and other fixtures in buildings.
