*#Youth25 * *Essential Functions: *Assists in performing and training patients, clients, and families in activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, nail and skin care, oral hygiene, toileting, elimination, and ensuring adequate nutritional intake. Document observations, activities, and services provided in an accurate, complete, and timely manner. Honors patient rights. Organizes self to carry out visits/shifts and tasks. Utilizes infection control measures such as handwashing, and personal protective equipment. Provides for the maintenance of a safe and clean environment. Performs various housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, errands, and companionship activities for clients in their place of residence. Will be working in Dickinson, Texas City, and the Galveston area. 6 months of home health aide experience. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to run errands for the clients. Any other job duties designated by management. Workweek: Flexible shifts.
