Fiserv Telecommunications Support, Associate in Thāne, India

  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting/ maintaining Avaya CM (6.3,7.x & 8.x) Avaya SM (6.x, 7.x), SMGR (6.x, 7.x), CMS (R17.x, R18.x), AES (6.x, 7.x), Media Gateways.

  • Hands on experience in ACD call flows VDN, vectors, skill set etc.

  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting/ maintaining PSTN (SIP, PRI (E1/T1)) trunks group.

  • Hands-on experience in maintaining / troubleshooting (LSP, ESS).

  • Hands-on experience in with maintaining / troubleshooting Avaya voice mail (Audix, Office Linx, AVST).

  • Very good understanding of SIP, H.323 and ISDN communication protocol.

  • Any other PBX knowledge will be add on ( CISCO Call Manager, CUBE, SBC, Nortel etc.)

  • Drive operations optimization and process improvement initiatives by collaborating with various team

  • Certification on any one of product Avaya Aura product or Cisco product (optional

  • Good Knowledge on Cisco Voice Gateways/CUBE.

  • Hands on experience in Configuring the VOIP and POTS Dial-peers

  • Hands on experience in Configuration of PRI Link and SIP Trunk integration with third party SIP Servers.

  • Good in troubleshooting of issues related to Cisco Voice Gateways(SIP,H323)

  • Expertise in troubleshooting voice protocols like SIP, H323 and RTP

  • Knowledge on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN, Analog Signalling and SIP.

  • Knowledge on Tollfree number and DID Number functioning.
