Description:

We are looking for a contract project manager to come in and support the enterprise-wide Copilot implementation. This role is more of a junior PM or project coordinator position. They do not NEED hands-on experience working with Copilot, but they need some level of experience working on Microsoft implementations. This person will be managing relationships with the third party company who is the execution partner for the implementation, helping build out the project plan, and managing the day-to-day of the project team members. There is another Project Manager on this team that they will be working alongside. The other PM is a senior FTE, so this candidate will be more of a project coordinator in this role. The Copilot project will not be taking up 100% of their workload, so this person will be working on other projects as needed.

This team focuses on Digital Workplace technologies, so they might expect other projects involving desktops or PCs that they deploy, tools like SCCM, Office 365 products, Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint, etc. This person should be comfortable working with both Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid projects.

This candidate does not need to be technical. They need high-level knowledge of Digital Workplace technologies and projects.
