Description We are seeking a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. As a key player in the Energy/Natural Resources industry, you will be providing strategic leadership and planning for portfolio management, aligning skills and resources. You will be expected to oversee system development and implementation according to prescribed methodology and standards. This job offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Managing large, long-range or multiple complex IT application development projects in the energy/natural resources industry

• Setting project scope, priorities, deadlines, and deliverable schedules

• Facilitating discussions and consensus among various project stakeholders, such as analysts, applications programmers, and clients

• Managing and monitoring project budgets and expenditures

• Utilizing skills in Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, About Time, Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, Change Management, Communication to achieve strategic business objectives.

• Aligning skills and resources to ensure the successful completion of projects

• Overseeing system development and implementation according to prescribed methodology and standards

• Coordinating or overseeing the activities of other employees to ensure project success

• Identifying, prioritizing, authorizing, managing, and controlling projects and programs to achieve strategic business objectives.

• Utilizing knowledge of the policies, methods, and procedures of the company and of the fields of information technology and project management. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management or senior consulting role within the Energy/Natural Resources industry

• Proficiency in using project management software such as Atlassian Jira

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies

• Experience in utilizing Cloud Technologies for project development and management

• Knowledge and experience in using CRM systems

• Experience with Database management and operations

• Familiarity with time management software such as About Time

• Experience in working within Agile Scrum frameworks

• Knowledge of Budget Processes within project management contexts

• Proficiency in Change Management methodologies
