Position Title: Treasury Manager

Location: Hybrid in The Woodlands, TX

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Cash Management:

  • Oversee daily cash management and cash positioning activities across corporate, North American, and international operations.

  • Monitor and manage cash balances to ensure sufficient liquidity while optimizing returns on idle funds.

  • Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance cash management and forecasting processes.

  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and accuracy.

  • Intercompany:

  • Coordinate with the broader Treasury team on activities related to intercompany lending, cash repatriation, and liquidity optimization.

  • Develop strategies to efficiently manage intercompany funding and repatriation processes.

  • Banking Network Optimization:

  • Collaborate with Treasury personnel and in-country staff to streamline and optimize the global banking network.

  • Maintain robust controls to safeguard the company's financial assets and transactions.

  • Treasury Technology:

  • Assist in evaluating and implementing new Treasury technologies and systems.

  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements in Treasury management.

  • System Security:

  • Ensure the security of all Corporate, International, and North American banking systems.

  • Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect financial data.

  • Bank Fees:

  • Conduct periodic reviews and analyses of bank fees to identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Negotiate with banks to ensure competitive fee structures.

  • Bank Account Controls:

  • Coordinate an annual assessment of bank account controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  • Implement corrective actions as needed based on assessment findings.

  • Short-Term Liquidity Forecasting:

  • Maintain the company’s short-term liquidity forecast to ensure adequate funding for operations.

  • Prepare and present liquidity forecasts to senior management.

  • Debt-Related Activities:

  • Assist in managing debt-related activities, including debt issuance, refinancing, and compliance.

  • Support the Treasury team in maintaining accurate records and documentation for debt instruments.

  • Reporting:

  • Produce and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash management reports.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on report findings to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Treasury experience, preferably within a large, multinational corporation.

  • Demonstrated expertise in cash management, banking relationships, and liquidity management.
