The Production Workers at Norther Pride Inc. are responsible for handling and preparing turkey products for distribution. These responsibilities consist of slaughtering, boning lines: Cutting wings, drums, thighs, breasts, tenders, and necks. They will be hanging turkeys on moving shackles. Workers will Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used to process poultry products. They will also ensure the processing of the turkeys is done well by Handling various tasks related to evisceration, giblets, grading, weighing turkeys before injection, weighing, tagging, and placing them into correct bags and boxes. Workers will box and palletize packaged whole turkeys. Workers will perform quality assurance of functions, sanitation duties, material handling, and other processing duties as assigned. Workers will Stack boxes of fully processed and bagged turkeys. Workers will perform these responsibilities in compliance with safety and quality standards set by the company.
