Position Details: Hartford HealthCare is seeking a full-time, experienced Nurse Practitioner for a multi-provider, adult, primary care practice in the town of Thomaston, Connecticut, conveniently located just minutes north of Waterbury right off Rt 8. In consultation with the physician(s) and care team members, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants develop plans for further evaluation of health needs, e.g., referral to other health team members or specialists.
