Job Opportunity: Production Workers Needed in Thornton, CO

Shift & Pay

• Competitive Pay: $19 - $21 per hour.

• Two Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 5 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Thursday

• 2nd Shift: 3 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday - Thursday

• Overtime: Mandatory overtime on Fridays may be required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work in teams of 2-3 to operate both automated and manual machinery.

• Rotate through stations to fill, cap, and box products.

• Maintain high-quality standards for all products.

• Print labels and assist with pot changes.

• Palletize boxed goods for shipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in a production or warehouse environment.

• Ability to lift or move items up to 50 lbs.

• Capability to stand for 8-10 hours a day.

• Flexibility to rotate through different stations and adapt to various tasks.

• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with a consistent group.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Willingness to work mandatory overtime on Fridays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
