TIG Welder - 1st Shift, 4-Day Work Week

We’re looking for a Welding Fabricator to join our team and help create cutting-edge automation machinery . If you have experience with MIG & TIG welding, enjoy working with ferrous metals, and thrive in a hands-on environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do:

• Fabricate Custom Automation Machinery : Work with a variety of ferrous metals to create high-quality, custom machinery parts.

• Weld and Assemble : Use your MIG & TIG welding skills to create welds on mild steel (16 gauge to 1”) and stainless steel (18 gauge to ½”), ensuring top-notch quality and precision.

• Fabricate Parts : Work with hand tools and power tools (grinders, tape measures, combination squares, and more) to measure, cut, and assemble parts to exact specifications.

• Pipe Welding : Get hands-on experience with pipe welding and expand your skillset as you work with a variety of welding types.

• Blueprints & Measurement : Use your ability to read blueprints and measure parts with precision to bring designs to life.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ Years of Welding Experience : You should have solid experience with MIG & TIG welding , and working with mild steel and stainless steel .

• Custom Fabrication Experience : You’ve worked in a job shop environment and are comfortable fabricating parts from scratch.

• Blueprint Reading Skills : You know how to read blueprints and use a tape measure to ensure accuracy in your work.

• Tool Proficiency : You’ve worked with hand tools and power tools , including grinders , combination squares , and allen wrenches .

• Basic Computer Skills : You can navigate 3D models and ERP software to manage your tasks effectively.

• Pipe Welding Experience (a plus): If you’ve worked with pipe welding, that’s a bonus, but not required.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00
