What You'll Work On

Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentation of bulk slurries for blending operations

• Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentationof computer-controlledheat treatmentprocesses

• Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentationof computer-controlled blending processes

• Weighing/documenting/staging,utilizing a computer-controlled weigh system for batch ingredients

• Preparation/operation/monitoring/documentationof a computer-controlled clean-in-place (CIP) system utilized formanufacturingequipment (i.e. tanks,heat treatmentsystem, etc.)

• Preparation/perform/documentproduct Line work operations(i.e.Standardization/FinalWater using ingredients, flavors, oils etc.)

• Maintain areaGMPcompliancethrough routinecleaningof equipment, general area andpreventative maintenanceof equipment; adherence to batch work order and job procedures, whilerecording/maintainingaccuratedocumentation

• Receipt and transportation ofbulk raw ingredients,CIPchemicals etc.

• Perform and support other work related duties as assigned

You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Pay and Shift

The hourly pay for this position is $24.00/hour USD plus a 5% shift differential . This is a night shift position (6:30pm - 7:00am EST) with a 12-hour rotational shift schedule on the 2A crew.

SCHEDULE EXAMPLE:

WEEK 1:

WORK: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 6:30PM - 7:00AM EST.

DAYS OFF: Wednesday AND Thursday.

WEEK 2:

WORK: Wednesday & Thursday: 6:30PM - 7:00AM EST.

DAYS OFF: Monday, Tuesday AND Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Required Qualifications

• A high level of attention to detail

• Ability to communicate pertinent line information to both production and support group personnel

• Ability to read and follow work order documents

• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns

• Should possess a goodmechanical aptitudeand solid problem-solving skills

• Perform job tasks at different work times, on different work schedules and also in other departments dependent upon business needs. The operator will be required to work overtime as needed, and to provide line coverage during vacations, roving holidays and sick time to support their natural work team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college or vocational schooling

• Knowledge of applicableregulatory standardsand requirements forinfant formulaandnutritionals

• Prior foodmanufacturingor similar batch process with a significant emphasis onGood Manufacturing Practices(GMP) and computer-controlled systems desired

• Good written, verbal, computer, andmechanical skills

• Goodinterpersonalskills and be able to work safely in a team environment

• Ability tomulti-task in adynamic environmentwith the ability to comprehend, make decisive decisions and use problem solving skills while maintaining quality product and areaGMPat all times
