Quality Systems Analyst

Role will work 3 days/week onsite in either Titusville NJ, Raritan NJ, or Horsham PA

(Can work up to 2 days/week remote/WFH)

Full-Time

M-F, 1 st Shift

Compensation: $25-31/hr

Contract through 02/18/2025

Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking Quality Systems Analyst for a contract position at global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device client in Titusville NJ, Raritan NJ, or Horsham PA . RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. The Quality Analyst is responsible for the oversight and execution of Quality Management Systems and compliance within CQ North America, or at the Distribution Center.

  2. The Quality Analyst serves as a single point of contact to the Sr. Manager, Commercial Quality and Supply Chain partners on compliance related matters and is the liaison with multiple Quality and Compliance organizations to drive timely resolution of quality and compliance related issues.

  3. The Quality Analyst identifies business issues, identifies opportunities to continuously improve quality and compliance and leads improvement opportunities and problem solutions.

  4. The Quality Analyst implements and executes quality and compliance programs to ensure effective and consistent processes with established standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. College degree (BS/BA) required

  2. 2-4 years GMP experience (Pharm or MedTech) required

  3. Knowledge of Purchasing Controls and Supplier Engagement required

  4. Skilled at computer systems (Microsoft & internal systems)

  5. Self-starter and self-directed

  6. Communication skills within the team and with colleagues in Canada, EU, LATAM, and APAC

  7. Work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week (Raritan, Titusville, or Horsham)

  8. Detail oriented

  9. Team player
