ProMedica Health System NP / Nurse Practitioner or PA / Physician Assistant - Jobst Vascular - Wound Care in Toledo, Ohio

Jobst Vascular / ProMedica Wound Care operates 8 Wound Care Clinics across our system. Both full-time and part-time clinics are supported as well as ostomy clinics, and nurse clinics for compression dressing changes and wound dressing care. We provide inpatient rounding and care to our hospitals. Additionally we provide wound care services to skilled nursing and long term care facilities through-out our region. We support a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team which includes, Vascular Surgery, Vascular Medicine, General Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Podiatry, Infectious Disease, and Wound Care Specialists to provider comprehensive care to our patients

Nurse Practitioner:

Masters of nursing (MSN) degree. Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio Wound Care experience preferred Certification as a CWS/CWON/CWOCN preferred but not required Special interests / training in vascular, wound, podiatry, ostomy Current CPR certification required. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated excellent organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment toward achieving customer/patient satisfaction. Post offer pre-employment required to include drug screen

Physician Assistant

Masters degree Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio

PA-C

Certificate of Authority to practice is required. Current CPR certification required. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated excellent organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Must demonstrate and promote a strong commitment toward achieving customer/patient satisfaction.
