• Provide assistance and direction to La Posada family emergency shelter house guests
• Respond to needs of house guests
• Provide customer-friendly service; preparing meals from established meal plan and monitoring approved food preparation activities of house guests; ensuring all rooms are ready for occupancy; maintaining daily staff logs, and ensuring the ongoing order, cleanliness and safety of the facility are sustained.

Top Qualifications

• Candidate must have high school degree or GED
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate and provide direction to a diverse population
• 1 year of relevant work experience in a social services environment preferred.
