Schedule Weekly Hours:32 Gundersen Health System is looking for a Phlebotomist, C.N.A., PCT, CMA, or other individuals that have an interest in working in a laboratory setting as a phlebotomist supporting our Tomah Clinic. Prior lab experience is preferred but not required as we will provide on-the-job training! What You\'ll Do: The Support Staff Technician/Phlebotomist facilitates the flow of specimens into the lab by using specimen collection techniques including venipuncture, capillary collection, and swab collection, and provides instruction to patients for self-collections. In this role, you will support core lab functions at our Tomah Clinic. What\'s Available: 64 hours biweekly (0.8 FTE) Variable day shifts, Monday through Friday, no weekends Shifts may vary in length (5 hours to 10 hours) between the hours of 7a and 5:30p Will train/orientate full time for 4-6 weeks, depending on prior experience Must be available 8a-4:30p to train/orientate first week in La Crosse, WI for phlebotomy; after first week will orientate in Tomah, WI Starting pay of \$15.77 and up, based on experience What You\'ll Need: High School Diploma or equivalency A copy of the applicant\'s/employee\'s diploma and/or transcript as confirmation of the education requirement must be provided at time of hire Previous phlebotomy/medical experience preferred, but not required.
