Position needed due to additional workload for team

Potential to Convert to FTE

M-F no OT. Global team 40 hours week to meet deliverables. Dependent on deliverables

Typical working day:

• Change Management deliverables Waterfall methodology

• Tasked with executive meetings every 2 weeks Advisory meetings.

• Reporting on their work reviewing deliverables

• Autonomous Independent work

• Hit the ground running no hand holding

• Approach Plan implement deliverables

• Adaptable

• Seeing projects end to end

• Using appropriate channels to raises and risks

• Consultancy role

• Years of experience needed?

• 8-10 years in Change Management Change Lead show activity and deliverables

• System/Software Proficiencies?

• Not need to have but general conformability with different collaboration tools and systems

• Any required Certifications or Licenses?

• Nice to have under Change Management

• Instructional Design is nice to have not required
