Teach Portuguese literacy and Utah core to elementary school students in Portuguese language. Develop individual education plan for each student; develop lesson plans; create active Portuguese language learning environment; participate in professional development for dual immersion strategies; maintain student records; work w/parents.  Physical place of employment is Sterling Elementary, 135 S 7^th^ Street, Tooele, UT 84074. Reqs: Bachelors in Education, Teaching, Portuguese, or similar; or foreign equivalent, UT teaching license or eligible to enroll in UT alternative route to licensure process; minimum Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) score of Advanced Mid in Portuguese or hold degree from Portuguese-speaking university; proven ability to promote and facilitate an active Portuguese language learning environment.
