The Claims Assistant Supervisor is responsible for assisting the supervisor in overseeing the daily operations of the claims unit. Ensuring that the processing of all claim lines of business are done timely, accurately, and in adherence with all department, corporate, and regulatory procedures, and standards, maintaining prominent levels of customer satisfaction.\ \ \ This position is eligible to work onsite, hybrid (9 or more days a month onsite), or remote in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy.
