This role is particularly focused on the Compensation Module of the Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management software suite. This role is hybrid working from our San Diego, CA or Philadelphia, PA office.
As the Oracle HCM Functional Associate, you will:
Analyze and understand the client’s business objectives and challenges to determine functional requirements.
Integrates functional and technical requirements with the other functional and technical teams.
Supports the Lead in configuring the system and testing the solution with the users.
Communicate effectively to translate the client’s business requirements into functional solutions.
Develop training documents specific to the client’s business processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, any STEM field, or a related field
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
Ability to work independently and provide quality work products on schedule
Ability to travel as needed
Desired Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources. Experience in the public sector is highly desired.
Oracle HCM implementation experience is preferred
Experience documenting business processes
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, either as a user or as an implementer
Ability to think critically and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities

The proposed salary for this position is:
$63,000—$105,000 USD
