Description We are in search of a diligent Business Analyst to join our team in the automotive industry. Based in Torrance, California, this role requires a meticulous individual who will be responsible for supporting the successful execution and deployment of our Experience Design program. This involves analyzing data, creating materials, and documenting test results. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Review applicable Experience Design dashboards and reports, developing recommendations and actionable steps with the core team and internal stakeholders.

• Convert product roadmap features into smaller, manageable user stories.

• Write clear, well-structured business requirements and documentation.

• Create user journey mappings, which includes conducting interviews, gathering resources, and setting up meetings.

• Analyze user data to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide insights into performance.

• Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing and recommend improvements.

• Analyze research results and data to provide recommendations.

• Engage key stakeholders to gain and provide understanding of cross-dependencies.

• Address issues and questions raised by stakeholders.

• Facilitate communication between business and IT units to align solutions with business strategies.

• Collaborate with developer teams during design and development phases.

• Develop materials to support change management efforts.

• Ensure on-time delivery of projects and related business objectives.

• Contribute to the organization's Agile transformation by adopting and spreading knowledge of agile principles and processes. Requirements • Proficient in Customer Service with a focus on providing exceptional service

• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with different stakeholders

• Ability to create, review and maintain Documentation for various business processes

• Knowledge of Marketing strategies and techniques

• Research skills to gather, analyze and present data effectively

• Familiarity with Materials Handling in the automotive sector

• Ability to Review and Design business strategies and processes

• Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring

• Confidence in delivering Presentations to various stakeholders

• Understanding of 'About Time' principles and Workstation Support

• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology

• Ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders

• Proficient in Business Analysis techniques and tools

• Experience in Change Management

• Familiarity with different business Methodologies

• Experience with Deployments in an automotive setting

• Knowledge of R Code for statistical computing

• Market Research skills to understand industry trends and customer needs

• Proficiency in JIRA for project management

• Ability to Create Dashboards for data visualization

• Experience in Discovery phase of project management
