Description:

Under the guidance of the Creative Services team, the Marketing Operations Administrator will collect assets, manage metadata, and complete the necessary steps for distribution including uploading them to the creative access portal sites for internal and external partners. They will be responsible for ensuring items are up to date and modified when needed including vehicle specifications, sales incentive information, legal language, and disclaimers.

• To perform the job successfully, the Marketing Operations Administrator will have a can-do attitude, be meticulous about everything asset management and be willing to find out of the box solutions to last minute challenges. The candidate will juggle multiple projects with ease and should be driven, detail-oriented, amicable, a strong collaborator and eager to learn.

• Assist in running the internal day-to-day operations of assigned projects.

• Provide administrative support to Marketing managers.

• Lead the management and distribution of assets ensuring assets are completed on time and distributed to meet deadlines.

• Product tracking and inclusion of meta data and understanding how to use DAM systems.

• Ensure assets are up to date on accessible platforms by working to gather the most recent pertinent information and work with creative teams to update the assets accordingly.

• Communicate progress and timing to stakeholders . These include media, digital, social, legal, incentive, sales and product planning teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years working with a Brand, Ad/Media agency or related company

• Skilled in MS Outlook, Microsoft Suite, especially Excel with ability to learn new tools quickly.

• Marketing understanding

• Project Management tool experience a plus
