Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Operations Specialist in the financial services industry, located in Torrance, California. As an Operations Specialist, you will be tasked with managing operations for accounts, handling disputes, and maintaining accurate client records.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations for accounts including credit and debit cards.

• Manage and execute ACH wire transfers.

• Monitor credit card services and maintain inventory.

• Maintain and update client records accurately and efficiently.

• Handle and resolve any disputes or issues related to accounts.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Data Processing, Epic Software, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, About Time, Auditing, and Check Processing skills to optimize operations.

• Ensure communication is clear and efficient within the team and with clients.

• Uphold compliance standards in all operations and processes. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services.

• Experience with CRM systems.

• Strong capabilities in data processing.

• Familiarity with Epic Software.

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Experience with About Time software.

• Proven auditing skills.

• Experience in check processing.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
