Manpower is hiring for a Sea Logistics Pricing Associate! If you have experience managing all day – to-day procurement and pricing, as well as invoicing authorizations, Manpower may have the perfect opportunity for you!

What’s in it for you:

• Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)

• Pay Rate: $21 - $25/hr.

• Duration: 4 months

• Torrance, CA (Hybrid - 4 days at office and 1 day at home)

Job Essentials:

• Quote all modes of sea freight (FCL and LCL).

• Manage pricing updates for existing customers (rates extension and/or revision, monthly market GRI’s (General Rates/Increases), quarterly bunker updates (BAF/BUC), etc.)

• Maintain existing business and generate new clientele.

• Manage RFQ process for global key accounts and target accounts

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role in the logistics industry is required.

• Experience in the Sea Logistics industry is required.

• Analytical skills related to supply chain, logistics, and transportation.

• Possess solid PC operational knowledge along with MS Office applications experience.

• Strong verbal/written communication skills.

• Organization skills/project management (prioritize, plan, assign and control) and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Detail oriented.

• Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills.

• Highly motivated individual with the ability to work and think independently, while still being part of a team.
