Overview
THE ROLE:
Sr. Principal, Test Architect is responsible for designing and implementing test automation frameworks, strategies, and solutions. Own the evaluation and selection of testing tools, establish testing standards, and provide technical mentorship to testing teams. The role involves collaborating with development and quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
Design and develop test automation frameworks, tools, and infrastructure
Define testing strategies and approaches for complex software systems
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of testing tools and technologies
Provide technical leadership and guidance to testing teams
Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline
Define and enforce testing standards and best practices
Mentor and coach junior test automation engineers
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in test automation
Communicate with stakeholders to report on test automation progress and results
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
Proven experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or C#
Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching team members.
Ability to present and communicate with Executive leadership.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
