Job Description

The Finance Intern- Student Worker works with the Aramark field finance team at Towson University to gain experience in financial analysis, reporting, invoicing, and budgeting within the food service industry. The finance intern will be involved with supporting daily operations and assigned to ongoing projects and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze reports, including monthly and weekly financial reports

• Process invoices for payment in Accounts Payable module.

• Help in the preparation of invoices related to food operations.

• Assist with data entry and analysis

• Contribute to various special projects as assigned.

• Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications

• Must be a current student at client account- Towson University

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

• Daytime availability is preferred for this position

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
