Job Description:

• Performing thorough, professional, high quality inspections and providing pest solutions to residential and commercial customers.
• Arriving at and completing services in a timely manner, abiding by schedule created by Pest Czar office
• Completing service reports (service tickets and invoices) in handheld device.
• Accurately and effectively communicating recommendations and services performed verbally, via service reports, and via email with customers and team members.
• Driving company vehicle to different locations on a daily basis safely and responsibly.
• Having fun while enjoying accomplishments and making people happy.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous pest control experience preferred, but will train the right person
• Taking pride in work and helping others
• Trustworthiness, excellent judgement
• Valid drivers license and good driving record
• At least 5 years previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills. Must be professional, discreet, and able to convey pest control knowledge and terms accurately.
• Able to use e-mail and mobile applications
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, operate a vehicle, stand/walk for long periods, crawl/bend, climb ladders, utilize hand tools and perform visual inspections.
• Must be able to independently study written pest control training material and demonstrate gains in pest control knowledge during training period and throughout time employed. Must be able to prove capacity to pass pest control knowledge tests. Must pass Department of Agriculture pest control test after 1 year of working with Pest Czar.
• Must have desire and capacity to increase pest control, problem solving and customer service skills
• Must meet Quality Pro standards. Background check and drug test required.?
