J&J Worldwide Services Supply Clerk in TRIPLER AMC, Hawaii

Description

General Summary

Delivery of supplies for internal use referred to as indirect goods and services. Delivers all products necessary to maintain the facility for J&J standards and policies. Monitor and maintain all supply par-levels for all closets, throughout the facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Delivers Supplies, takes inventory to maintain shelf par levels thought out the facilities.

  • Distributes supplies, delivers and stores supplies in appropriate location per departmental guidelines with established time frames.

  • Contributes to a safe, clean and operational environment

  • Provides ancillary support and coverage in areas assigned

  • Other requirements include daily check 4th Floor Burn Unit ISR/ISR Admin checked by 1200hrs. Priority for all shifts are OR and ER

  • Maintains the supply inventory and organizes all items on a daily basis.

  • Distributes materials to housekeeping personnel upon request.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements

  • Knowledge of chemicals, supplies and equipment.

  • Good communication skills are necessary.

  • Must be able to speak, read and write English.

  • Must be able to process all materials in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have good organizational skills.

Working Conditions

  • Be able to stand, push, pull, bend, kneel, and stretch for extended period of time.

  • Be able to lift 50 lbs.
