You excel in leadership, communication, and analytical skills, and possess a thorough understanding of ESH management systems and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• ESH Support: Provide ESH support to Sikorsky Operations, facilitating the implementation of ESH procedures and management systems.
• Training and Audits: Train line management and conduct ESH audits to ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Site Assessments: Facilitate site assessments and ergonomic analyses to maintain a safe working environment.
• Data Collection and Reporting: Gather and report ESH data to support business metrics.
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with local ESH regulations, to include air, water and waste compliance reporting, monitoring, etc
• Corrective Actions: Track and manage corrective and preventive actions from audits and inspections.
• Incident Investigation: Participate in ESH incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience: 7 years of ESH experience in a manufacturing or aerospace setting.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of ESH management systems and regulations.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
Desired Skills:
CSP or CHMM

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
