Our Kelly Education Business Analyst is accountable for:

• Supporting day to day operations of the Business Systems team, including monitoring and troubleshooting established automated processes, completing regular daily/weekly/monthly assigned tasks, managing general to intermediate system updates for established clients, and implementing new systems for all clients

• Second level technical support for KE Information systems and interfacing

• Leading projects to establish new automated customer data import/export processes, including gathering requirements, making modifications to the existing system configuration as needed, supporting testing with vendor and client, and documenting final processes after go live

• Supporting maintenance of data in KE Information Systems to ensure data is consistent across all systems and integrated platforms including PowerBI

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:

• At least 2-4 years of experience in working with various front end technology platforms as a Business Analyst or similar role

• Client and customer focused and have experience interacting with clients to resolve complex technical issues

• Must have a strong technical background with significant experience in the Workforce Solutions Industry

• Expected to be a critical strategic thinker and problem solver

• Basic to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work in eastern or central time zone
