Job Description

One of our Insurance clients is hiring for a commercial lines account manager. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing excellent customer service while managing an existing book of Commercial business

• Providing support to producers and clients to pre-qualify, quote, and place Commercial insurance

• Build and maintain highly effective relationships with and between carriers, producers, and other staff

• Continually review client's coverage, suggesting improvements and rounding out the account when possible

• Support producers in the marketing of both new and renewal accounts

• Adhere to agency workflows and procedures for all tasks

Skills and Requirements

• Thorough understanding of basic insurance concepts and principles

• 3-5 years of agency/firm experience minimum -Property and Casualty (P&C) license

-Carrier rating experience

• Experience with Epic (Broker Briefcase and Zywave are similar platforms that are transferrable)

• Experience with the portal CSR24 or Indio null
