TEKsystems Desktop Support Technician in Troy, Michigan

Description:

Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products in order to deliver required desktop service levels. They are rolling our 200+ devices tied to a project. Need to have wonderful customer service experience and a can do attitude. If this person takes initiative then they will be invested into and have opportunity to grow.
