Summary:

Individuals in this position are responsible for processing insurance documents and emails received with an emphasis on items that need special handling.  Individuals should possess a clear understanding of all processes and business rules and how each function integrates with client

specifications. 

Essential Duties and Functions: include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrates an advanced level insurance processing and is responsible for updating insurance information according to defined business rules.
  • Understands all insurance document types and the lender placed processes.
  • Follows procedures to ensure information is updated accurately and production and quality standards are reached.
  • Manages dedicated client team email box to ensure all borrower, client and agent communications are addressed within the specified service level agreement.
  • Corrects exceptions identified while working proactive reports and accurately reports exceptions to management.

Required:

High School Diploma/GED

Proficient with MS Office - Intermediate Outlook & Word

Previous property insurance and or mortgage servicing experience

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast paced environment

Customer service oriented

Works well in a team environment
