Manage software requests Maintain data continuity within HAM Pro, including HW Models Responsible for the HW assets defined within the scope of their area Record and maintain HW assets within the Repository Monitoring the HW repository for accuracy & consistency Analyzing HW data and create reports Collects and retains HW asset data for risk and cost assessment
