Purpose of Job
Establish and maintain a consistent and effective project management process across all major NSNA Business Process Integration (BPI) projects. This includes the comprehensive definition, planning, accurate resource allocation, and successful execution of projects, ensuring they meet the expected outcomes, adhere to budget constraints, and are delivered on time. This position is working collectively with each of the NSNA sites (NSI, NSOH and NSMX)
Key responsibilities include securing leadership and stakeholder alignment on the resources necessary for project completion and driving proper change management initiatives. These change initiatives will be focused on aligning people, technology, and processes to achieve project goals.
Furthermore, this role is responsible for articulating the benefits of each project, and providing detailed insights into how these projects contribute to the company’s overall success and strategic objectives.
Major Duties/Responsibilities

Project planning and execution
Define and Plan: Define the project scope, goals, deliverables, risks, and constraints. Ensure alignment with stakeholder and organizational expectations. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, including identifying key milestones and timelines. Collaborating with NSNA sites (NSI, NSOH and NSMX) to ensure successful implementations.
Execution: Implement the project plan by overseeing its execution, ensuring resources are available, tasks are completed on time, and tracking project performance. Monitor progress, identify issues or risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Finalization: Finalize all project activities by completing handovers, deliverables, and comprehensive documentation.
Ongoing Evaluation: Conduct ongoing evaluations of both project performance and change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Reporting: Report on project and change management results, including the analysis of completed projects, the benefits realized, and the long-term impacts of changes on the organization.
Roadmap communication: Create, maintain, and communicate the project roadmap to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project prioritization.
Project Financial and Resource Management
Budget Management: Manage project budget allocation, expenditure, and reporting, ensuring financial alignment with project goals.
Benefit Estimation and Reporting: Ensure accurate estimation and reporting of project benefits to track the value delivered by the project.
Risk & change management
Impact and risk Assessment: Conduct impact and risk assessments for all proposed changes, analyzing effects on processes, technology, and personnel. Develop tailored strategies for managing and implementing these changes effectively.
Communication: Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the change process, ensuring stakeholders are in the loop and aligned with the expected activities on their end during the project (communication channels, escalation system, sponsorship utilization, etc).
Change Request Management: Manage changes requests to projects and ERP processes, handling changes from the organization with quick responses to minimize disruptions.
Training and Support: Coordinate along with HR training plans to support teams affected by changes related to projects. Ensure teams are adequately prepared for new processes or technologies.
Resource Management: Handle the onboarding and offboarding of resources, ensuring their effective integration or release as required by the project lifecycle.
Performance and evaluation
Post-Implementation Review: Assess the effectiveness of project initiatives post-implementation, making necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement.
Coordinates project audits: In collaboration with audit department ensures project is being effective and achieving the targeted metrics.
Education, Experience and Knowledge
Required and/or preferred level of education, knowledge and skills that are necessary.
Education
Bachelors or associate degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is preferred
Related Experience
5+ years of experience in project and change management.
5+ years of experience in ERP implementation projects management
Special Training or Competency
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

Work Hours
This role is categorized as a hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Troy Michigan office two times per week, at minimum
Hybrid Work Schedule,
Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
2 Days in the Office 3 Days remote
Off-hours as needed
Travel Requirements
20% to 25% international and/or domestic.
If domestic travel is necessary, valid drivers’ license is required.
If international travel is necessary, valid passport is required.
