Home Health is growing in healthcare! Come join the growing team at Eddy Visiting Nurse and Rehab Association. We are looking for nurses, occupational therapists and physical therapists to join our growing team to provide top notch patient care in patients' homes

We currently offer care in:

  • Rensselaer County (Troy, Rensselaer, East Greenbush, Averill Park, Brunswick, Hoosick Falls, etc.)

  • Albany County (Albany, Colonie, Latham, Guilderland, Delmar, etc.)

  • Columbia/Greene Counties

  • Saratoga County

You will be able to concentrate on visiting patients in just one county area, while caring for one patient at a time.

Most days you won't need to come to the office...you'll go directly from your house to go see patients, and will return directly to your house after you see your last patient.

Requirements:

  • Valid New York State Licensure in respective area

  • 1 year experience, preferably in acute care or in homecare

  • Home care experience preferred but not required
