Atterro Commercial Maintenance Technician in Troy, New York

Advantage xPO is currently hiring a Commercial Maintenance Technician with a minimum of three years of experience in commercial maintenance. In this role, you'll provide top-notch service to multiple customers within a designated territory.Pay: $25 - $30 per hourSchedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMRequirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Degree/Certification in Landscaping, Trades like Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Specialty Floor Care preferred)
  • 3+ years of commercial maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
  • Experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Valid certifications, licenses, and a clean driver's license
  • Strong problem-solving, mechanical, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and company safety policies
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
  • Willingness to travel locally as neededIn this role, you will conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair systems in commercial properties, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. You will also be responsible for using lifts and ladders for various tasks, accurately completing maintenance paperwork, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Additionally, you will ensure that all systems are operating efficiently and effectively while providing excellent service to customers.Employee Benefits:
