Our Supported Housing program for those living with HIV/AIDS is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join the team.

This position will work closely with our SH team and program managers to ensure quality of care to those living with HIV/AIDS and their families. This position has the option of a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Supported Housing team to assist those living with HIV/AIDS access housing and resources to meet basic needs.

Ensure data quality and help complete grant reporting.

Participate in Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement activities.

Approve program documentation and ensure services are in line with our service philosophy.

Complete Eligibility Determinations to keep participants connected to services.

Monitor and evaluate impact of services such as housing and food on overall health and wellbeing.

Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging.

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in health, human, or educational services and three years qualifying experience preferred; extensive experience can substitute for degree. Experience working with people living with HIV/AIDS or other at-risk populations required; data management experience a plus. Comfortability with computers and records systems required. Valid and clean NYS driver license. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
