H2M architects + engineers, a multidiscipline architectural, engineering, environmental consulting firm seeks a licensed Senior Architect to join our team.Architecture is about balance: the balance between form and function, between creative and practical, and between the built and natural environment. Come join our multi-disciplined team of architects and engineers. We’re looking for a Sr. Architect with 10+ years’ experience in architectural design, CAD production and document coordination. In this role, you will work in developing and executing architectural design work. Experience with interior architecture or interior design is also desired but not mandatory. You will also coordinate the efforts of both in-house and outside teams who handle structural engineering, MEP design, civil and environmental engineering services. Job Responsibilities Maintain /develop relationships with key clients for client satisfaction and business expansion Build new client relationships with key accounts and develop strategic teaming relationships with firms in selected markets and identification of appropriate Teaming Partners to secure work. Identify key accounts within targeted markets; provide executive presentations and maintain close relationships with a select channel of contacts at key accounts. Attend appropriate Trade Shows, when needed, creating greater exposure, strengthen the company’s image resulting in the generation of good leads and follow up. Manage all aspects of client relations including attending meetings. Makes decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative and have an important impact on extensive architectural activities. Key role in development of projects, from design development through construction documents and services during construction administration Ability to demonstrate creativity, foresight and mature architectural judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented architectural problems. Determine compliance with technical documents and industry specific standards and codes. Involved in the analysis of client problems in conceiving and developing architectural solutions to those problems. Perform other like duties as assigned.Education and Qualifications 10+ years of architectural design experience. Extensive knowledge of Architectural Design. Exceptional knowledge of AutoCAD Exposure to Revit and other BIM software The ability to work and thrive in a team environment. Knowledge of project specifications & CSI division formatting. Strong organizational, time management & multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Proficiency in Photoshop, Sketch-Up, and Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required. Master’s preferred. Professional RA, required. Architecture enrollment in NCARB IDP preferred. LEED accreditation a plus.The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 annually.The employment offer may deviate from this published range based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, specialty, knowledge, education, geography and/or related certifications - not related to any applicant’s characteristics protected by local, state or federal law.
