EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Immediate opening for Executive Assistant for our Trumbull, CT, client. Pay range $30 - $40 hr

IMMEDIATE NEED

Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Top level support of Executive Team

  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars

  • Coordination of meeting and travel arrangements

  • Set up meetings/event – book conference rooms, provide supplies, and catering

  • Manage monthly consulting payments – track invoices and submit receiving request

  • Oversee housing rental for Exec staff, ensure AP makes payments

  • Travel bookings and Concur expenses

Executive Assistant candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to compose professional level correspondence

  • 5+ years exp as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Level managers

  • Proficient on MS Office

  • Able to work independently to deadlines, ability to interact with all levels of positions, as well as a constantly changing and growing workplace

  • Experience with planning, management, and execution of events such as conferences, meetings, client lunches etc.

Immediate Opening – 4-5 month assignment

Hours – 8am – 5pm

Location – Trumbull, CT

Pay range - $30 - $40 hr

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
